Kuwait, 24 November 2019 - The competitions of 16th GCC basketball Championship 2019 which is organized by State of Kuwait will get underway at Kuwait SC arena on Saturday.
The week- long championship will bring together five GCC countries, including Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and hosts Kuwait.
In the opening day's fixtures, UAE will shake hands with Bahrain, meanwhile in the second clash hosts Kuwait will take on Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Team Qatar will begin campaign in the prestigious event against Bahrain on Sunday.
