Doha, 18 June 2020 - The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), in partnership with Ooredoo (the Platinum Sponsor), Sports Corner (Platinum Sponsor) and Snoonu App (Golden Sponsor), will be organising the “Team Qatar Virtual Games” for adults and kids during the next four weeks.
The first week of the event will feature the global celebration of the Olympic Day. Other events include the “Live With Team Qatar” Program, Team Qatar Kids Virtual Run, Team Qatar Virtual Run and old Olympic Photo gallery.
The second week will feature Kids Arts and Crafts Competition (Think With Team Qatar) and FIFA online Tournament in addition to the “Live With Team Qatar” Program and Team Qatar Kids Virtual Run.
For the third week, there will be the “Live With Team Qatar” Program, Team Qatar Kids Cycling Race, Kids Arts and Crafts Competition (Think With Team Qatar) in addition to Team Qatar Virtual Cycling Race.
The “Team Qatar Virtual Games” will be rounded out on the fourth week with the continuation of the “Live With Team Qatar” Program. Other events lined up for the final week include the Team Qatar Kids Virtual Run, Kids Arts and Crafts Competition (Think With Team Qatar) and Team Qatar Virtual Run.
This edition of the “Team Qatar Virtual Games” for adults and kids follows the huge success of the virtual events organised by the QOC on its social media platforms. The QOC aims to encourage its followers and other community members to practise sports at home and comply with the quarantine protective measures in this period.
