"Football for All Award" presented to Qatar Red Crescent and Aspetar Hospital

Doha, 21 September 2020 - The Board of Trustees of Qatar Football Association (QFA) Award presented the "Football for All Award" for the 2019-20 season to the Qatar Red Crescent and Aspetar Hospital, in appreciation of their efforts in the resumption of football activity last season.

On this occasion, General Secretary of the Board of Trustees of QFA Award, Hassan Rabiah Al Kuwari, said: "We appreciate and value the cooperation of Qatar Red Crescent with QFA and QSL throughout the season in general and during the past period in particular. This award is a token of thanks and appreciation from the Board of Trustees of QFA Award for the work done by all those in charge, various teams and staff of Qatar Red Crescent."

For his part, Executive Director of Qatar Red Crescent's Medical Affairs Sector Abdullah Al Qattan thanked the Board of Trustees of the QFA Award for the initiative, stressing its keenness to provide all of its services and continue cooperation with those in charge of football management in Qatar in order to achieve goals and aspirations.

Chief Administrative Officer at Aspetar, Khaled Ali Al Mawlawi, praised the initiative, and its continued cooperation and coordination with QFA and QSL, while stressing the commitment of Aspetar Hospital to provide all of its services and medical facilities for the development of Qatar football.

The "Football for All" award is presented to entities or individuals who contribute to the development and spread of football. It was awarded in the 2019-2020 season to a number of bodies, namely the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Interior, Aspetar Hospital and Qatar Red Crescent.
