Doha, 18 January 2021 - The Board of Trustees of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) Award announced the start of first phase of voting for the Best Awards for the 2020-21 season and this phase includes the first leg of QNB Stars League, where the Best Player and Best Under-23 Player are voted for.
Voting forms (55 questionnaires and shortlists of the most prominent players in both categories during the league’s first leg) were sent out to the participants in the voting process, namely:
QNB Stars League team coaches
Qatar national team coach
Qatar Under-23 team coach
Team managers
Media representatives
Representative of QFA
Representative of QSL
President and members of the Board of Trustees of QFA Awards
Thursday, 21st January, 2021, has been set as the deadline for receiving back the forms.
It may be noted that, as per the approved mechanism, voting for the Best Coach Award will take place after the end of QNB Stars League.
