Doha, 23 November 2021 - The General Assembly of the Qatar Tennis, Squash and Badminton Federation, (QTSBF) re-elected Nasser Ghanim Al Khelaifi, unopposed as President of the Federation for a new four-year term.
The General Assembly also decided to renew confidence in Tarek Zainal, after he was elected unopposed as the Secretary-General of the Federation.
The assembly also decided to retain the Board of Directors, comprise of are Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Subaie, Khaled Al Khelaifi, Youssef Al Obaidely, Muhammad Al Subaie and Karim Al Alami.
The issue of developing tennis in Asia was also addressed, in light of Tariq Zainal’s winning again as a member of the ATF Board of Directors after obtaining all the votes of the General Assembly during the recent elections that took place virtually.
