Doha, 29 May 2023 - Qatar Football Association (QFA) President Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani chaired Executive Committee meeting to discuss preparation for the Ordinary General Assembly to be held on Thursday.
The meeting was attended by QFA Vice President Jassim Rashid Al Buenain, Members of QFA Executive Office and QFA Secretary General Mansour Mohammed Al Ansari. This week’s Ordinary General Assembly will also witness QFA elections for the next electoral cycle 2023-2027.
The meeting reviewed all the reports received by the Office and the topics on the agenda, and took appropriate decisions. It may be recalled that QFA Electoral Committee approved Al Buenain’s candidacy for the post of QFA president on May 2.
