Algiers, 10 July 2023 - Team Qatar athletes continued to shine at the 15th Arab Games – Algeria 2023 claiming a gold and three bronze medals to raise their medals’ tally in Algiers.
Ali Al Athba earned a gold medal for Al Annabi after winning the men’s fencing foil event while his compatriot Abdullah Khalifa (top) secured bronze medal in the same category.
Talented gymnast Rakan Al Hareth (left) added a bronze medal in the pommel horse while Salma Hamed grabbed bronze in women's parallel bars event. Qatar have now won a total of 13 medals at the Arab Games including five gold, two silver and six bronze medals.
