Montreal, 30 July 2023 - Qatari duo Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan advanced to the quarterfinals of the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour held in Montreal, Canada, from July 26 to 30.
The Qatari team qualified after defeating Brazil, Germany and Canada, respectively, in the fourth group matches of the competition.
Cherif and Ahmed defeated Brazilian team by (30-28, 21-16), German team by (21-15, 21-16) and Canadian team by (17-21, 26-24, 15-07).
