Doha, 12 August 2023 - Al Rayyan Sports Club organized a ceremony to launch its strategy for the new season under the title "Plan 76", announcing its goals in the coming period, for football and other sports, as well as on the club management.
The ceremony was held in the VIP hall at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium, in the presence of HE Sheikh Al Qaqa bin Hamad Al-Thani, President of Al Rayyan Club, and a number of the club's founders, members and fans.
General Supervisor of Al-Rayyan Club Mohamed Al-Atwan revealed the club's new strategy, stressing that the new administration has drawn up a clear plan for Al-Rayyan to assume the position it deserves.
The strategy was named "Plan 76" in relation to the year in which the club claimed its first Qatar Football League Championship title, he said adding that a working group was formed to develop a plan with clear goals that would enable the club to make tangible progress at all level
The General Assembly of Al Rayyan club on Sunday, Aug. 6 elected HE Sheikh Al Qaqa bin Hamad Al-Thani as president of the club and HE Sheikh Ali bin Saud Al-Thani as vice-president by acclamation for a complementary period until 2024.
