Qatar Claim Sliver Medal

Singapore, 22 August 2023 - Qatari bowler Badr Khalid Al Sada claimed the silver medal in the 22nd Asian Junior Bowling Championship.

Al Sada won the silver medal in the Boy's Singles with 1366 points in a total of 6 rounds.

Singaporean player Aiman Lim won the gold medal and Japan's Daiya Saito won the bronze medal.

Qatar is participating in the Asian Junior Bowling Championship with 8 players divided into two teams.

Team A includes Al Sada, Sultan Abdullah Al Qattan, Ibrahim Sattam Al Muraikhi, and Ahmed Sultan Al Kuwari. While Team B includes Jassim Al Sulaiti, Sadoun Al Sadoun, Ahmad Al Darwish and Mishal Al Eidan.

Khalifa Al Kubaisi is heading the Qatari delegation in the championship, which also includes Argentinian coach Pedro Mirani.

The Championship started continues until August 26, with the participation of 80 players from 13 countries.

The Qatari team strives to win more medals and climb the podiums as the competition shifts to the Doubles today.
