Doha, 25 December 2023 - As part of preparations for the quarterfinals of 2023-2024 season Ooredoo Cup, the Qatar Stars League held Technical Meeting in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Salman Al Adsani, Director of Competitions Department at QSL, Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Sayed, Head of Football Operations at QSL, Mr. Abdulrahman Abdou, representative of Referees Department of Qatar Football Association, and representatives of club companies whose teams have qualified for the quarterfinals.
The following matters were discussed:
- Organizational guidelines and procedures for Match Day operations, importance of attending the stadium at specified time.
- Approval of official kits of each team (main and reserve).
- The tournament rule that if the regular time of matches ends in a tie, penalty kicks will be enforced directly.
It may be noted that the quarterfinals will be played on December 27 and 28, 2023, as was previously announced.
