Doha, 7 February 2024 - Team Al Annabi faced Team Iran at the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ semi-final match on 7 February 2024 at Al Thummama Stadium.
In the fourth minute, Sardar Azmoun from the Iranian team scored the opening goal.
Team Al Annabi was tied 1-1 by Jassim Abdel Salam in the 17th minute. Akram Afif scores the second goal for Qatar in the 43rd minute.
Alireza Jahanbakhsh scored a penalty kick in the 51st minute to level the score 2-2 for Iran.
Almoez Ali scored Al Annabi's third goal against its Iranian counterpart in the 82nd minute.
The score was at full-time 3-2 with Qatar qualifying for the finals of AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™.
