Doha, 7 December 2021 - Mauritania defeated today Syria 2-1 at Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah in Group B of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021.
With this result, Syria and Mauritania are bidding farewell to the championship, while Tunisia tops the group with 6 points, and the UAE comes with the same balance in second place, after deciding the lead by a goal difference.
